As a Titanium Oxide component, Titanium Oxide (A) having an average particle diameter of 15 to 35 nm ;This heat shielding cosmetic is characterized in that it is composed of 2 kinds of Titanium Oxide (B) of an average particle diameter 800-1500nm having a spherical surface and subjected to hydrophobization treatment, and has a ratio of (A) : (B) = 4:6 to 6:4 (weight ratio) of Titanium Oxide.

The heat-shielding cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the total amount of Titanium Oxide (A) and Titanium Oxide (B) is 0.5 to 100.0% by weight based on the total amount of the heat-shielding cosmetic.
